  • As with many organizations, there were those who feared a virtual offering might compromise physical event attendance, so ARRS decided to start by livestreaming just the 2011 “Cat Course” held in conjunction with the annual meeting. “Category” courses cover just one topic, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 2.5 days. Attendance can be anywhere from 500 to 1,000 depending on the topic, which compares to about 2,500 at the simultaneous annual meeting.
