ARRS “Double Dips” to Get the Most From its Hybrid Events
Posted on June 10, 2013 | No CommentsAs with many organizations, there were those who feared a virtual offering might compromise physical event attendance, so ARRS decided to start by livestreaming just the 2011 “Cat Course” held in conjunction with the annual meeting. “Category” courses cover just one topic, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for 2.5 days. So when we got a chance to talk to Brian Swann, manager of virtual events for PSAV, we learned what most customers are doing and where things are really headed.
