Cinchcast Unveils New Virtual Event Platform
This week, Cinchcast unveiled its new cloud-based virtual events platform Cinchcast Connect. The company said new platform is designed to simplify and streamline events while significantly reducing costs. With Cinchcast Connect, customers can launch virtual events, webcasts and conference calls that can scale to thousands of participants. “Cinchcast Connect gives enterprise customers more control over their event experience and event-related expenses. With the click of a button, clients are up and running with everything they need for their live or recorded event. The conference bridge, Q&A management console, slides, and online event stream; it’s all integrated into one robust, browser-based solution,” said Alan Levy, CEO of Cinchcast. BizBash Magazine Names SAPPHIRE NOW as the Most Innovative Meeting of 2012
SAPPHIRE NOW, hybrid event from SAP AG, was recognized as “The Most Innovative Meeting of 2012” by BizBash Magazine. The magazine said SAP’s “always on” approach is the next step in hybrid event design. By keeping content available from an event long after the event is over, SAP aims to reach over 500,000 physical and online participants around the world from November 2011 through the upcoming SAPPHIRE NOW from Madrid in November 2012. “While some vendors engage in a battle of words over the number of people who attend their events, SAP’s focus has been on attendee experience and highly-engaging content,” said R. “Ray” Wang, principal analyst and CEO, Constellation Research. “The award shows the approach is working.” Read more.. |

ON24 Teamed Up with Scribe to Integrate its Platform with Salesforce.com CRM
ON24 has teamed up with Scribe to integrate its virtual events and webcasting platform with Salesforce.com CRM. This collaboration will help ON24 in saving the time and resources needed to develop their customer integration solution. Seamless integration of Salesforce.com will allow ON24 customers to synchronize leads generated by virtual events and webcasts with CRM. And they can access the data they need from a single point. “The functionality and ease of use of the Scribe Online Platform allow us to react quickly to customer requests without having to devote our resources to custom-building an integration with Salesforce,” said Tom Masotto, vice president of product management for ON24.
