ON24 Wins 2012 Global Market Share Leadership Award

on24This week, ON24 swept the “Web Event Services” category and won the 2012 Global Market Share Leadership Award from Frost & Sullivan. The Frost & Sullivan Global Market Share Leadership Award honors demonstrated excellence in capturing the highest market share.

ON24 has been recognized for capturing the highest market share (29%) within the virtual events industry. The company’s spectrum of virtual events and webcasting portfolio, its continuous innovation, go-to-market strategy, and its strong name and brand recognition in the web events markets have been among the factors that have helped the company to achieve this prestigious award.

Roopam Jain, Industry Director of Unified Communications and Collaboration at Frost & Sullivan, said ON24 has maintained its market share leadership by offering high-value solutions to meet the needs of the enterprise customer.

“New solutions such as its self-service events and social media webcasting have allowed the company to expand its extensive portfolio by providing a one-stop shop for customers,” she added.

Frost and Sullivan noted that virtual events and webcasts gained momentum across the world. Frost and Sullivan also anticipated that high costs and limited reach of physical events will force businesses to take advantage of virtual events and meetings to connect with large audiences around the world.
